How does driver pay work?+
Most local deliveries pay $7–$9, some longer trips pay around $20, and every rostered shift has a $20 guarantee. You also keep 100% of customer tips.
How do I receive my earnings?+
Your available earnings are shown in the Easy Eats Driver app. You can withdraw them from the app directly to your New Zealand bank account.
Am I an employee or a contractor?+
Easy Eats drivers deliver as self-employed independent contractors, not employees. You will receive a contractor agreement before you start and are responsible for meeting your own tax and ACC obligations and for your vehicle costs.
When and where are the shifts?+
Most shifts run around 5:00–8:30 pm. We are currently recruiting drivers in Wellington, with areas depending on restaurant demand.

No. You need to be reliable, polite and careful with orders. We’ll show you how the Easy Eats Driver app works.
