What is Easy Eats Delivery?
It is for restaurants that want Easy Eats to provide local drivers for delivery orders. It also supports pickup orders.
What does Easy Eats Delivery cost?
Delivery orders are 17% commission + GST. Pickup orders are $1.49 each, and there is no monthly software cost.
What is the online card rate?
The online card rate is 1.95% + 15c per online transaction. It does not apply when a customer pays in-store.
Where is delivery available?
Easy Eats Delivery is currently available in selected Wellington and North Shore, Auckland areas.
How do restaurants receive orders and payouts?
Restaurants manage incoming orders on an Easy Eats tablet. Payouts and order reporting are processed weekly.
Is Easy Eats Delivery the same as Easy Eats Direct?
No. Easy Eats Delivery includes access to local Easy Eats drivers. Easy Eats Direct is 0% commission online ordering for restaurants using their own delivery setup.
