How do I place an order?

- Select Your Food
When you’re happy with your choice, hit ‘checkout’. Easy as!
Pay for your meal by credit/debit card.
Sit back, relax and wait for your food to be delivered or check your email of notifications for pickup time.
You will receive multiple notifications to inform you on your orders status or leave the order page open and wait for the restaurant to accept your order. You will also receive an email notification. These notifications are:-
- The restaurant accepts the order with delivery or pickup eta
- The Driver accepts your order
- The driver picks up the order
- The driver completes the order
What should I do if the restaurant doesn't accept my order
Most orders are accepted within a few minutes however if the restaurant has not accepted your order then give them a call or use the message button on the confirmation page.
Restaurants can get busy at peak times, a good time to wait is at least 5-10 minutes after the order is placed.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs differ depending on the distance between the restaurant and the delivery address.
The easiest way to check the price of delivery is to enter your address on our website or app. You can then check the delivery cost in the cart of any restaurant on offer.
Do you charge services fees?
No! Because our rates are lower than our competitors we do not need to charge service fees!
What if my order is cancelled?
After placing your order all payments are pending. That means although the money has been taken out of your account, it is still not in the possession of the restaurant. When a restaurant refunds the money, the pending transaction is deleted. So, although you may not see a refund, there will be no record of the payment leaving your account. If you still have a record of payment but and no refund then contact the restaurant. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on bank statements.
How do pre-orders work?
Please note that preorders made at the time the restaurant reopens, may be delayed while restaurant staff take time to open restaurants. Preorder delivery times are estimates and customer should not have the expectation that food will be delivered exactly at that time. Generally pre-orders are delivered on time however can be within 20 minutes of your chosen time. Factors that contribute to delivery times are time order is required, traffic, how busy the restaurant may be at that time.
Is my credit card information safe?
You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information and transmits and stores such information in an encrypted state. Easy Eats uses Stripe to secure all our transactions.
When can I get my food delivered?
We deliver from 5pm- 8:30pm, Monday-Sunday.
However, the opening hours of restaurants vary, check out our website for more details.

Contact us to let us know. We’ll look into the issue and do our best to sort it for you.
