Yes. Easy Eats offers a 30-day free trial so you can test the customer experience and restaurant tools before committing to a paid plan.

No. Easy Eats services are designed to be flexible, with no long-term contract. You can choose the products that suit your restaurant and change or cancel your service when needed.

Branded online ordering gives customers a restaurant-specific ordering page using your logo, colours, menu and business details. Customers order directly from your restaurant rather than through a generic marketplace listing.

Easy Eats Direct plans use 0% commission. Restaurants pay a monthly plan and a small platform fee per order instead of giving away a percentage of every sale.

Yes. You can offer pickup, delivery or both, depending on your setup. Delivery can be handled through Easy Eats Delivery, your own drivers or another arrangement agreed during setup.

Yes. Menu items can include options such as sizes, flavours, spice levels, meat choices, extras and other modifiers. Food photos and item descriptions can also be added.

Restaurants can offer advance ordering and available time slots when these options are enabled for their setup. Ordering hours, preparation times and availability can be managed around your service.

Yes. Your website can link directly to your branded Easy Eats ordering page. We can also help place the link in your navigation, homepage or other prominent areas.

Customers order from your Easy Eats page or the Easy Eats marketplace. The restaurant accepts and prepares the order, and an Easy Eats driver collects it and delivers it to the customer within the available delivery area.

Easy Eats Delivery currently operates in Wellington and selected North Shore Auckland areas. Direct online ordering and pickup can be used by restaurants elsewhere in New Zealand.

The current restaurant fee is 17% + GST for delivery orders and $1.49 + GST for pickup orders, with no monthly delivery fee. See the Easy Eats Delivery pricing page for the latest full details.

Yes. Self-delivery can be supported for suitable restaurants, allowing you to use your own drivers while keeping your branded online ordering in one system.

Yes. Your existing website can direct customers to your Easy Eats ordering page, where delivery can be offered within your configured areas and operating times.

Orders are received through the Easy Eats restaurant ordering system, normally on an Android tablet. Staff can accept orders, manage preparation times and follow the order through the workflow.

Yes. A branded restaurant website is included with Easy Eats Direct plans. It can feature your menu, opening hours, contact details, photos and prominent links to online ordering.

Yes. An existing domain can usually be connected to your new restaurant website. If you do not already have a domain, we can discuss suitable options during setup.

Yes. Easy Eats restaurant websites are designed to be mobile-friendly because most customers browse menus and place orders from their phones.

Yes. Your website can connect customers to EasyBook reservations, your gift voucher purchase page, online ordering and other Easy Eats services used by your restaurant.

Easy Eats Direct plans currently start from $69 per month + GST. Growth, Pro and Enterprise options are available for restaurants that need additional capacity or features.

Yes. The Starter plan currently has a $0.30 + GST platform fee per order, while Growth and Pro currently use $0.25 + GST per order. Enterprise pricing can be tailored.

Card processing is separate from the monthly platform plan. The applicable rate is shown in your current pricing and signup information. Orders paid directly at the restaurant do not incur an online card-processing fee.

Unless stated otherwise, restaurant pricing is shown excluding GST. The relevant GST amount is added to your invoice or service charges.

Online payments are processed through the configured payment provider and paid to the restaurant according to the relevant payout schedule. Easy Eats also provides reporting to help reconcile orders and payments.

Starter suits restaurants beginning with direct online ordering. Growth is designed for busier restaurants, Pro combines more restaurant tools, and Enterprise is for larger or multi-location requirements. The pricing page gives a full comparison.

EasyBook is the Easy Eats table reservation system. It gives customers a simple online booking page and gives restaurant staff tools to manage bookings, tables, availability and guest information.

EasyBook currently costs $29 per month + GST as an Easy Eats add-on, or $49 per month + GST as a standalone reservation system.

Yes. You can link to your booking page or embed the booking experience into a suitable website page, making it easy for customers to reserve a table directly.

Yes. Restaurant staff can manage booking times, tables and availability from the EasyBook dashboard. The system can be configured around your restaurant’s opening hours and service periods.

Customers buy a digital voucher from your branded purchase page, choose a preset or custom amount, add recipient details and a personal message, then pay securely online. The voucher is delivered by email.

Gift Vouchers currently cost $19 per month + GST as an Easy Eats add-on, or $29 per month + GST as a standalone service.

Yes. A voucher can be emailed immediately or scheduled for a future date such as a birthday, anniversary or Christmas.

Easy Eats gift vouchers are redeemed at the restaurant rather than through online ordering. Staff can scan the QR code or enter the voucher code and apply the amount used.

Yes. Restaurants can process a partial redemption, and the remaining balance stays available until it is used or reaches the configured expiry date.

Yes. The dashboard shows voucher sales, active and outstanding balances, expiry dates, redemption history and voucher status.

Customers scan a QR code at their table, browse the restaurant menu and place an order from their own phone. The order is sent to the restaurant’s Easy Eats ordering system.
