Easy Eats Direct includes a 30-day free trial. There is no setup fee for standard online ordering setup, and you can cancel anytime.
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes a restaurant website, 0% commission online ordering, free setup and menu upload, an order-receiving app and direct NZ support.
Which plan should I choose?
Starter suits up to 150 online orders per month. Growth suits 151–400. Pro suits 401–1,200. Enterprise starts at 1,201 orders per month and also suits groups or custom setups.
Do online payment charges apply to pay-at-pickup orders?
No. Online payment charges only apply when the customer pays online. If the customer pays at pickup, there is no online payment charge.
Is Easy Eats Delivery included?
No. Easy Eats Delivery is separate for restaurants that want Easy Eats to provide local delivery drivers.
Can I add bookings or gift vouchers?
Yes. Table reservations and gift vouchers are included with Pro. They can also be added to Starter or Growth, and Enterprise inclusions can be tailored to your setup.
